Diverse Leadership Program graduation

Today we celebrated over 20 talented Tasmanians from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds who have completed our year-long Diverse Leadership Program.
In partnership with Multicultural Council of Tasmania , the program taught participants more about leadership and management training skills like goal setting and planning, conflict management, accountability, team building and negotiation.
Participant Sansar Raj Chimauriya said the program has been a great help to him. “Participating in the Diverse Leadership Program supported me getting to know myself and what is important to me. It gave me the ability to step forward and into a leadership role from a strong foundation.”
