Develop the confidence to facilitate engaging and effective learning

This skill set is ideal for individuals who want to develop practical training skills and gain experience facilitating learning in the VET sector. Designed for those delivering training under supervision, this nationally recognised skill set provides a solid foundation in vocational training delivery.

You'll learn how to plan, prepare and facilitate training for both individuals and groups in face-to-face environments, using and adapting existing learning resources and session plans. The program also develops your ability to create structured training plans, engage learners effectively and reflect on your practice to continually improve your training delivery.

The skill set covered in this course is derived from units of competency within the broader TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification and provides an insight into the full qualification. Successful completion of these units can be used towards the full qualification.
