Short Course ChemCert (Keep Safe – Be Chemically Aware)

ChemCert is a nationally recognised Short Course delivering competencies in chemical safety and handling. ChemCert is suitable for people who use agricultural and veterinary chemicals as part of their normal work duties.

Participants will learn:

About the safe handling, storage and use of chemicals as required for the issue of a DPIPWE Spray Operator Certificate of Competency. Successful completion of this course will satisfy these certificates requirements as well as QA audit requirements.

AHCLSK301A Administer Medication to Livestock:

TasTAFE can also deliver the unit AHCLSK301A Administer medication to livestock upon request as part of the ChemCert program.
Participants will need to notify TasTAFE prior to the time of enrolment that they wish to be enrolled in this unit.
