Gain specialised Work Health and Safety knowledge within your current (or future) role to provide leadership and guidance in improving workplace safety.

If you are currently a Work Health and Safety (WHS) practitioner looking to gain more specialised WHS knowledge within your current role – or if you want to take on a WHS role in the future – then this is the course for you!

A qualification in WHS will prepare you for roles where you will need to apply a broad knowledge base and well-developed skills in a wide variety of contexts.

In this course, you will learn how to assist with responding to incidents and compliance with WHS laws and how to contribute to implementing and maintaining WHS consultation and participation processes.

You’ll also learn how to contribute to implementing and maintaining WHS management systems and WHS hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control.

Successful completion of this course can lead to a range of career opportunities including Work Health and Safety (WHS) Systems Officer, Work Health and Safety Coordinator and Safety Health and Wellbeing Advisor across a broad range of industries.
