In this qualification you will apply broad WHS knowledge and well-developed skills to improve the systems and culture in a wide variety of contexts.

You will learn how to improve compliance with WHS laws through consultation, implement effective systems to manage WHS risks, prevent incidents, manage injured workers, contractors and teams.

Successful completion of this qualification can lead to a range of career opportunities including a WHS Advisor, WHS Coordinator and Safety Health and Wellbeing Advisor across a broad range of industries.

The BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is delivered online in 4 clusters:

  • Cluster 1 – TASMSS0244 WHS Law & Risk
  • Cluster 2 – TASMSS0245 WHS Consultation & Management Systems
  • Cluster 3 – TASMSS0246 WHS Incident & Injury Management
  • Cluster 4 – TASMSS0247 WHS Contractors & Supervisors

It is recommended to start with cluster 1 then complete clusters 2, 3, 4 in sequence over 12 months.
