Stephanie Lawler

Stephanie is a third year apprentice chef at Driftwood restaurant and is undertaking her Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at TasTAFE (Drysdale).

She started her career working in front of house positions in hospitality but had always been interested in cookery. As a child, she loved watching cooking shows and liked to pretend she had her own show.

Two years after successfully gaining an apprenticeship, Stephanie says she has found a career she loves and has learnt a great deal working alongside and being mentored by the head and senior chefs at Driftwood Restaurant.
