Refresh your Mental Health First Aid skills to support friends, family members, colleagues and others who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
This four-hour refresher course gives you the opportunity to refresh your Mental Health First Aid skills and knowledge, and gain an understanding of the latest research in the mental health field.
Our qualified teachers will guide you through complex mental health first aid interactions, and give you the opportunity to practice your Mental Health First Aid skills, and learn about the three key actions for helping someone who is feeling suicidal.
On successful completion of this course, you will have the opportunity to extend your accreditation for a further three years by undertaking an additional online assessment.
