Opened in mid-2019, our Drysdale Cookery and Bakery Training Facility at Market Square Pavilion, Devonport is a state of the art cookery training facility located within the North West coast’s new hospitality precinct.
Designed to meet demand for cookery and bakery training in Tasmania’s North West, this facility provides modern, industry-standard facilities for cookery, bakery and patisserie apprentices, as well as barista training and pre-employment courses for those who are looking for a pathway into an apprenticeship.
The Drysdale Cookery and Bakery Training Facility is a fantastic new space that will allow you to gain valuable real-life learning experiences and direct exposure to opportunities within the Tourism and Hospitality industry.
