Located alongside the North Esk River at the heart of Launceston’s thriving arts precinct, our Creative Industries Training Facility at Inveresk is co-located with the University of Tasmania’s Tasmanian College of the Arts, and School of Architecture and Design.
Featuring specialist painting, drawing, illustration, textiles, and jewellery studio areas, Inveresk Training Facility is a bright, modern and inspiring space where you can learn from industry professionals, and work alongside other like-minded creatives as you develop and enhance your own creative ideas and arts practice.
At Inveresk Training Facility, you’ll also be a part of a much broader creative community that includes the nearby Academy Gallery and exhibition space, and Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, as well as the University of Tasmania’s Theatre Performance Annexe.
With access to the free Tiger city shuttle bus, and being just a 15 minute walk from the Launceston CBD area, Inveresk Training Facility is also conveniently located close by to shops, cafes and an art supply shop.
