Situated in the heart of Southeast Tasmania’s industrial precinct, our new Automotive Training Facility at Cambridge Industrial Park delivers accredited training to learners and apprentices studying for an automotive career.
TasTAFE’s Automotive Training Centre replicates industry workspaces with six hoists (including a four-post hoist for wheel alignment), tyre fitting and balancing areas, and a layout that mirrors professional service centres.
The main workshop areas are complemented by flexible classrooms for varied teaching styles, student and staff breakout areas with kitchenettes, and shared spaces for automotive industry led events, training and forums.
