TasTAFE is sometimes served with subpoenas and other similar court or tribunal-issued documents. Legal documents include letters, requests from lawyers and legal firms, court orders or subpoenas. These legal documents can be lodged with TasTAFE by post, or by email.
Note: Requests to Right to Information (RTI) requires the lodgement of an Application of Assessed Disclosure Form.

- Prepare your documents and ensure they are delivered in a PDF format.
- Scanned images should be clearly legible and in black and white where possible, with a resolution of 200-300 dpi.
- Review all details before lodging your final submission and clearly name the file or change the internal metadata title of the document using Adobe Acrobat.
- Open a new email, address it to ceo@tafe.tas.edu.au, attach your files, and press send.
- Documents received before 4:30pm on a business day are generally considered filed on that same day. Submissions after 4:30pm or on a non-business day will be taken as filed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation within 3 working days.
