This course is designed specifically to provide you with the skills you need to apply for customer service-focused roles in areas such as retail, tourism and hospitality, and business and administration.
The course is ideal if you are looking to enter the workforce, and will give you the confidence and the training you need to work with customers either face-to-face or over the phone.
In this course, you will learn how to deliver and monitor a service to customers, process customer complaints and recommend products and services.
You’ll also learn how to work in a team environment, provide support to your colleagues, and provide technical advice, capture data, and work with KPIs (key performance indicators). You will need to allow 16 hours per week to complete the course content.
On successful completion of this short course, you will have gained the skills and knowledge you need to apply for customer service-focused roles across a wide range of industries.
