What is CPD?

Occupational Licence holders are required to keep their skills and knowledge up to date so that they can continue to do their job safely and competently. This ongoing learning is known as Continuing Professional Development or CPD.

CPD helps you to meet professional standards and regulatory requirements as well as meeting changing customer expectations and continuing to provide a high quality service.

It is an ongoing process that encourages you to continue to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge throughout your career.
