Plumbing & Electrical

Nationwide skill shortages currently exist across the Electrotechnology and Plumbing sectors, which means there are great career prospects for capable, enthusiastic and skilled workers in these areas.

As the building, construction and tourism industries continue to go from strength to strength in Tasmania, Electricians and Plumbers remain in high demand to install, maintain and repair residential and commercial properties. Opportunities are available in specific trades through to more senior supervisory and management roles, as well as apprenticeships.
