Develop your farm budgeting and financial skills and learn how to plan agricultural production processes.

This skill set focuses on developing the skills you need to prepare a farm budget, understand financial reports and set up and monitor production processes. You will learn skills that may help you advance your career or help you develop plans for your own business.

You will gain advanced skills and knowledge in planning and management that will enable you to achieve production targets.

This skill set is suited to those who already work in agriculture or horticulture and want to move into a farm manager position. It is also for those who want to increase their knowledge of farm business management. To undertake this course, you must have access to a suitable workplace.

This course is 54 hours spread across a series of online workshops and self-directed online learning over eight months plus a face to face visit to your workplace.
