This course will provide you with the opportunity to develop a broad range of hospitality management/supervisory skills that will put you in good stead for coordinating hospitality operations across a range of venues, and is ideal if you are looking to move into an entry level frontline management role.
In this course, you will learn how to resolve complaints and disputes with internal and external customers and colleagues, as well as how to deliver information to a group using basic group communication and presentation techniques.
You’ll also learn how to interpret financial information, roster staff, and implement and monitor work health and safety practices.
On successful completion of this course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units completed.
