Short Course Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
All courses will run subject to reaching minimum class numbers.
Nationally accredited, the Responsible Service of Alcohol course gives an overview of a server’s legal responsibility, liability and duty of care to patrons. This RSA course is a legal requirement for anyone working with alcohol products in the hospitality industry.
Participants will learn:
- To sell or serve alcohol responsibly
- To assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
- To assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom the sale or service must be refused
- To refuse to provide alcohol.
This course is also available online.
