Short Course Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
All courses will run subject to reaching minimum class numbers.
Nationally accredited, the SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol course gives an overview of a server’s legal responsibility, liability and duty of care to patrons. This RSA course is a legal requirement for anyone working with alcohol products in the hospitality industry.
Participants will learn:
- To sell or serve alcohol responsibly
- To assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
- To assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom the sale or service must be refused
- To refuse to provide alcohol.

Before commencing your enrolment over the phone:
