TLILIC3008 Licence to operate a non-slewing mobile crane (greater than 3 tonnes capacity)
This course is designed to provide participants with the underpinning knowledge and skills to operate a Non-Slewing Crane safely (above 3 tonnes). It will prepare the participant for a National High Risk Work License TLILIC3008 (Non-Slewing Mobile Crane) issued by Work safe Tasmania.

- Planning work
- Conduct routine checks
- Set-up crane
- Transfer loads
- Mobile loads
- Shutdown and secure crane

Fees and Payments
2019: $1,530 per person (course prices for single employer groups are negotiable).
This does not include the license fee payable upon successful completion at Service Tasmania.

What will I need to bring?
Protective work wear must be worn for the practical assessment (safety boots, gloves and helmet).
Essential Requirements
Participants must be from 18 years of age and comply with the requirements outlined in the application for high risk work (GF083) published by Workplace Standards Tasmania and have a satisfactory level of literacy and numeracy.
Work Placement, Licensing and Other Requirements
Successful participants are able to apply for National High Risk Work License (Non-Slewing Crane – CN ) as issued by Work Safe Tasmania under the Work Health and Safety Act 2012.
