Short Course Driving on Gravel Roads and Unsealed Surfaces

Gravel roads and unsealed surfaces require a completely different driving technique – no matter what vehicle you drive or how experienced you are.

This course equips participants with the skills to keep themselves and their passengers safe. This is a sound investment for those who regularly travel on gravel roads at mines or project sites.

Participants will learn:

  • About OH&S requirements relating to safe road usage.
  • Key maintenance and pre-drive checks.
  • Emergency steering and braking techniques.

You must have a current drivers licence and your own vehicle. A maximum of two people may share one vehicle.
