FDF30411 Certificate III in Wine Industry Operations targets those performing production related roles that require an application of wine industry specific skill and knowledge, including some technical and problem solving ability. If you have a training contract you will be enrolled as an apprentice. Depending on you and your employer’s needs, learning may be on-the-job, off-the-job or a combination of both. This qualification requires the achievement of 25 units of competency including 7 core units and 18 electives.
