  • The nominal duration for a AHC32016-  Certificate III in Beekeeping is 18 months, therefore the employer will need to guarantee up to this length of time in employment. However some participants may be able to demonstrate competency earlier and complete their apprenticeship in a shorter time frame.

Learning Options

This course is delivered on the job through coaching by an experienced beekeeper and supported by learning guides and using the businesses’ policies and procedures as learning materials.

Assessment Process

Assessments are designed to help you demonstrate your skills and knowledge. They allow us to confirm you can perform to the standard required in the workplace, to meet all of the requirements of the course.

Assessments for this course will be undertaken on the job using industry validated assessment tools.
