SHB30315 Certificate III in Nail Technology

Enhance your career with new skills in nail technology or take your existing proficiency to the next level.  Among other skills, you will learn to undertake manicures and pedicures, Identify nail and skin disorders, and apply acrylic and gel enhancements which could help you gain employment as a nail technician.

Nail services are a growing industry. Nail technicians can work in full-service beauty salons or specialised nail salons. After completing the nail technology course, you will have the skills and training to be able to apply for jobs in a salon, beauty clinic or health resort or run your own small business.

The professional nail kit is from Artistic Nail Design, a leading Global supplier of quality nail products to the professional beauty industry.

Pre-requisites

No entry level requirements. Students must have sufficient literacy, numeracy and visual interpretation skills as well as good people skills.

Qualification Requirements

SHB30315 Certificate III in Nail Technology requires successful completion of 15 units of competency, comprising of 11 core units and 4 elective units.
