The qualification is designed to provide a range of skills in hospitality in both service and kitchen skills.
Potential employment opportunities include café work or kitchen assistant roles. Participants will learn about:

- how to work with others
- equipment identification and knife skills
- basic cookery skills
- simple dishes for cafes.
