CPC60115 Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying

This qualification is part of the CPC Construction, Plumbing and Services Training Package version 1.   This course is intended for people who wish to work at higher levels in the building surveying profession.   The qualification is the minimum required for national appointment as a Building Surveyor (Level 2).   The qualification also allows for membership to the national professional organisation, the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS).

The qualification could lead to employment as a Building Surveyor, either in local government or private enterprise throughout Australia.   The team provides nationally professionally accredited building surveying programs right across Australia.

CPC60115 Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying comprises 17 units packaged as 14 core units and 3 electives.
