Get the essential hygiene and safety skills and knowledge you need to work in the food service industry.
In this short course, you will learn how to prevent food contamination and cross-contamination, and how to identify food hazards, as well as how to follow hygiene procedures and report health issues.
You’ll also learn about the correct procedures to follow during an emergency, and how to participate effectively in organisational work health and safety practices.
On successful completion of this course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units completed, and have the skills and knowledge required to practice food safety and safe work practices in a range of food service operations.
